Projects
Projects are the foundation of Flowcept. They organize your tasks, define your workflow columns, and bring your team together around shared goals.
What is a Project?
A project is a container for related tasks. It could represent:
- A product roadmap
- A marketing campaign
- A sprint or milestone
- A personal to-do list
Creating a Project
- Click the "+ New Project" button in the sidebar.
- Enter a project name (e.g., "Q1 Product Launch").
- Choose a view type: Kanban or List.
- Optionally select a template to start with predefined columns.
- Click "Create" to finish.
Project Settings
Click the gear icon on any project to access settings:
- Rename - Change the project name
- Columns - Add, remove, or reorder workflow columns
- Archive - Hide completed projects from the sidebar
- Delete - Permanently remove a project and all its tasks
Columns & Workflow
Columns represent stages in your workflow. By default, new projects include:
